CORE NETWORK NASHVILLE
CORE Network is a community initiative that brings together local and statewide partners to
strengthen, support and champion early childhood educators and schools. Their free, state-approved
virtual and in-person workshops meet teachers where they are, providing a comprehensive and
meaningful way to grow in their abilities to reach and serve students across Middle Tennessee.
UWGN and CORE Network offer teachers a variety of professional development opportunities like
the Ignite! Purpose and Intention Early Childhood Conference. Supporting high-quality instruction
and access to resources, the 2025 conference hosted 12 virtual and 29 in-person workshops, a
vibrant vendor exhibit hall, and inspiring general sessions.
The Ignite! Awards honor exceptional early childhood educators. Congratulations to the winners
of the second annual Ignite! Awards:
