MAKIYA’S JOURNEY
Makiya, a participant connected through our partnership with Monroe Harding,
credits the program with helping her transition from homelessness after aging out of
foster care to becoming a working student. Through her dedication, she successfully
completed the pharmacy technician program, adding a valuable credential to her
career journey. Makiya represents many of the young adults for whom training and
wraparound support create life-changing stability.

work, education, and support, anything is possible.”
