WHERE WE ARE GOING
This past year marked a period of
meaningful progress and renewed
momentum. A successful leadership
transition strengthened our foundation
and positioned the organization for
sustained, long-term impact across
Middle Tennessee.
At the core of this momentum was a comprehensive
reimagining of our next 昀椀 ve-year strategic plan. Grounded
in data and shaped by community voices, the plan sharpens
our priorities and clari昀椀 es how we will address the evolving
challenges facing families across Middle Tennessee. It serves
as both a roadmap and a call to action by aligning partners,
investments and engagement around the outcomes that
matter most to our communities.
Over the past year, we continued to grow as a regional
partner for organizations across our nine-county footprint,
working more closely with our partners to deliver placebased solutions that re昀氀 ect local realities. We also expanded
opportunities for engagement, ensuring emerging leaders
and the next generation of volunteers see themselves in our
mission and have clear, meaningful ways to get involved.

Our work continues to be informed by deeper use of
county-level ALICE (Asset Limited, Income-Constrained,
Employed) data, helping us better understand the 昀椀 nancial
pressures facing working families while elevating the
human stories behind the numbers. These insights guide
conversations with corporate partners as we continue
corporate education programs that strengthen partner
outcomes and communities.
Together, these efforts re昀氀 ect a year of decisive action–laying
the groundwork for deeper collaboration, greater impact and
a stronger future for the entire region.
