YOUNG LEADERS SOCIETY
The Young Leaders Society is a network of passionate young professionals creating a lasting
impact in their communities. YLS members connect with each other and their community through
leadership development, volunteer opportunities, networking experiences and more. Any young
professional who donates $500 or more to United Way of Greater Nashville is eligible to join.
> YLS has 529 members and a total revenue of $956,000.

NETWORKING OVER NASHVILLE
On Feb. 27, 2025, 76 YLS members and their
guests gathered at Nelson’s Green Brier
Distillery for an evening of mixing, mingling
and kicking off the year with YLS!
On Oct. 23, 2025, over 118 attendees gathered
at the Westin Nashville for this exciting
speed-networking event that brings young
professionals together to learn from local
executives and community leaders.
