The Cost Modeling Process
The following section provides insight into the process of creating the high-quality child
care cost estimation model. Throughout the process, we worked with the Child Care
Workgroup to ensure decisions reflect the local realities of the greater Davidson County
child care system and used the most local data available for each cost.
