2024 ACHIEVEMENTS
Hands On served 167 community partners.
Hosted monthly volunteer orientations that
introduced more than 200 new volunteers to
service opportunities they can review every day.
26 local businesses and inbound conferences
engaged more than 1,800 volunteers who spent
nearly 4,300 hours in service.
Corporate partners invested nearly $100,000 in
supplies, like lumber, tools, mulch, cleaning materials
and school supplies, to bene昀椀 t the community.
Hands On team members connected with potential
volunteers at 46 community events, more than
doubling the previous year’s engagement activities.
Third annual Nashville Volunteer Week resulted in
more than 500 volunteers signing up to serve at
area nonpro昀椀 ts.
Through its partnership with AmeriCorps, Hands
On supported AmeriCorps members serving nearly
10,000 hours during the 2023-2024 term, with 13
members serving nine different agencies.
Seven AmeriCorps members earned federal
education awards, totaling more than $25,000.
